Service Informations

ARRIVAL / JOURNEY
Main departure time is traditionally the late Friday for weekend visitors. Access to the track is only possible until 10 pm. You can arrive at the campsite also at night.

Please note that it can lead to an arrival wave especially on Sunday morning. An obstacle is always the railway crossing in Teutschenthal / Bahnhof, where the barrier is often closed for several minutes.

RAILWAY STATION
Arriving by train for day visitors is possible from Halle (Saale) or Lutherstadt Eisleben. The regional train station Teutschenthal / Bahnhof is half a kilometre away from the race track.

CAMPING
NEW: There are personal camping tickets this year. So it does not matter how many people are sleeping in a tent or camper. Access to the campsite is only possible with a camping ticket. The price is 12 euros in advance, 15 euros on the weekend. During the race weekend, checks are carried out at the campsite. The campsite can be used from Friday to Monday afternoon and is located again on the area north of the circuit. Please use the street “ Reichsbahnstrasse” to get there.  It is signposted with “Camping“.

MEDICAL SERVICE
The whole weekend there is a medical service for visitors. If help is required, please inform the information centre at the barrier. All visitors with Paddock tickets can also register at the medical centre. BUT: Racing first.

ENTRY / TICKETS
On the weekend tickets are only available at the box-offices. Tickets you bought in advance must be exchanged in the official bracelets to enter the track. For a fast processing, there will be a special check-in at the main entrance, which is clearly signposted with “VORVERKAUFSTICKETS”.

BOX-OFFICE
There will be enough tickets at the box office during World Cup weekend.
The box-offices are open:
Friday: from 8 o’clock
Saturday: from 6 o’clock
Sunday: from 6 o’clock

ACCESS PADDOCK
The access to the paddock is liable for costs. The entrance costs 10 euros for all over the age of ten. On which day, you go through the paddock or how often, does not matter.

PARTY/ FESTIVAL TENT
On Friday and Saturday evening there is some live music in the festival tent. It can be also visited by guests who are not a visitor of the championship. Please note extra entrance fees.

DRINKS
There will be thorough intake controls for all visitors to the TALKESSEL. Unfortunately, these are necessary nowadays. The alcoholic beverages and drinks in large bottles cannot be taken to the racetrack. For drinks, for example for kids, our security will be generous. In return, we ensure fair drink prices along the track.

HOTELS
The hotels and guest houses in the direct environment are booked up mostly quite early. Booking opportunities should still exist in Halle (Saale), Merseburg and Lutherstadt Eisleben. An overview of our partner hotels can be found here: https://www.msc-teutschenthal.de/besucherservice/hotels

INFORMATION CENTRE
You have questions? What lost or found? Looking for a meeting place? Want to deposit something? Or need help? Then turn to the information centre at the entrance to the race track. This is the little house at the barrier, where you are helped.

NOISE MAKE
During the races, it is expressly welcome that you make noise and support your favourite riders. But please think it up if it is necessary to bring your DOGS at the track.
If it is absolutely necessary, please keep your dog on a lead and use a muzzle.

MERCHANDISING
You can find our MSC merchandising shop with special t-shirts and sweaters in the dealer’s street again. Also, the GP promotor Youthstream will sell the official World Cup collection.

NIGHT’S REST
Please keep quiet in the paddock and the rider’s living area. Please keep in mind, because the guys must be absolutely fit in the races. The night rest is from 22 to 6 am. In this time the barrier at the information centre is closed for visitors; Access for authorized persons only

PARKING
NEW: This year we have a large parking area for day visitors right next to the road to the circuit. Use the street “Poststraße” to get there. Please pay attention to the signposting’s and the instructions of the local authorities.

SANITARY
In the spectator area as well as in the organization area in front of the paddock there are several toilets or mobile toilets, which are cleaned regularly. In the campsite, there will be more sanitary containers and toilets to improve the service for all weekend visitors.

UNDER 10 YEARS
Children under the age of ten have free entrance to the race track and to the paddock as well as to the campsite.

WELCOME OFFICE
The Welcome Centre is the first stop for picking up your documents, including access documents, for every official, for driver applications, accredited media, sponsors and all other organizers. This year it is NOT located directly at the race track, but on the premises of the company Jahnke on the main road through the village Teutschenthal, Albert-Heise-Straße 72b. The Welcome Centre will be clearly signposted on all main roads.
The opening hours are:
Thursday: 2 – 8 pm
Friday: 9 am – 8 pm
Saturday: 7 – 20 o’clock
Sunday: 7 am – 2 pm
